Our Price Promise

Almeria Homes offer all customers our Price Promise as we are confident that we won't be beaten on price. We are doing everything we can to maintain competitive pricing, however, should you find one of our properties being marketed at a better price elsewhere, we promise to match that price, subject to the following conditions:

• Evidence of the price quoted by another estate agency
• Verification of this price from the vendor
• Confirmation that the property offered is to the same specification
